Garmin Fenix 9 Bugs and Solar Showdown

Owners have reported 94 bugs in the Garmin Fenix 9 and 9 Pro, including navigation crashes, excessive battery drain, and missed pool lengths. Seven of these issues have been addressed.

In a solar comparison, the Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar and Garmin Fenix 9 Pro Solar take different approaches to powering their displays. Garmin uses a dim MIP screen to make its solar charging effective, while Amazfit keeps a bright AMOLED but pays for it with limited solar charging and a smaller battery.
